Shipping policy

Dispatch:

We dispatch all orders every Thursday.

Orders placed after Thursday 9:00AM AEST will be dispatched the following week.

Custom orders require additional time. To avoid any disappointment with wait times, we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. We will always aim to dispatch as soon as possible!

Shipping:

We use Sendle to deliver all parcels within Australia, and Australia Post International Standard to deliver all parcels internationally.

You will receive a tracking number after your parcel has been passed to our courier or signed off at Australia Post.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times after we hand your parcel to our shipping partner, but you can expect the following delivery times as a guide:

Australian metropolitan: 1 - 4 business days. You can track your parcel's journey via the Sendle tracking app.
Australian regional (including Tasmania and WA): 5 - 10 business days. You can track your parcel's journey via the Sendle tracking app.
International: 7 - 14 business days.
