Returns Policy

We accept returns on all products, excluding earrings, in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 60 days of purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs for international customers) to the original form of payment. Returns not meeting these conditions can be shipped back at customer’s expense.

Please note we do not currently provide free international returns. 

All products purchased during our annual 70% sample sale are final sale and therefore unable to be returned, but are eligible for store credit within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Exchange Policy

If your item was purchased at full price and is unworn/unused within 60 days of receipt, you are eligible to return your item for store credit to use towards an exchange. If you’d like to make a return for store credit, please email meredith@edithbarbarella.com.au, using your order number as the subject. We’ll send you store credit that can be redeemed on our website upon receipt.

Repairs

Edith Barbarella will repair items purchased through edithbarbarella.com.au at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your piece. Please email meredith@edithbarbarella.com.au to initiate a specific repair request to determine whether a repair can be accommodated. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
